The concept of "water gratitude" healing is based on theories popularized by Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese author and researcher. Dr. Emoto proposed that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water and that positive changes to water molecules could be achieved through prayer, music, or by attaching written words to a container of water. He suggested that these positive changes could be transferred to the human body since it is composed mostly of water.
According to this theory, expressing gratitude towards water before drinking it, or even just thinking positively about the water, could potentially alter its structure in a way that could promote healing and overall wellbeing when consumed.
As our community grows we gather to heal the water. As we understand taking this time is an elementary fact. Its simple grounding and life changing not only for the water, even ourselves. By giving gratitude to the water we can turn to ourselves and speak kind words to ourselves. It grows and becomes a daily practice for ourselves loving each part of us along with healing.
