Keeping in mind how you balance for yourself

When " Your- World" is in Balance 

Your- World- the Earth

Your- World-as the person holding the balance

All levels that you stem from are equally important and curated for your experience

When we decide to Shut Down

   Disregard

And go with in there creates time to sit with our soul

And We hear the heartbeat just of ourselves and the EARTH Settle

Wind - Cleanses our mind 

Water- Regulates our Body

Fire- Sun - Warms/ Spikes our mind
